Shipping and Returns
1. Cancellation & Returns
At Anthémis , each piece is handmade and specially designed for each customer. We do not accept returns or exchanges , especially for custom or personalized orders , which are considered unique pieces.
Creation Tracking : Our customers receive regular updates and photos of their product being manufactured. We encourage any requests or comments during the process to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Slight variations : The product photos on the site are representative and each creation may differ slightly due to the artisanal nature and materials used (fabric, clay, finishes).
2. Receipt of an incorrect or damaged product
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, you must contact us within 2 days of receipt. After this time, any claim will be considered inadmissible.
Anthémis will take care of the repair or replacement of the product , according to the assessment of our team.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
A defective product can be refunded or exchanged within 5 days of receipt, provided that:
You inform us within 48 hours before any return.
The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with its packaging and accessories . The customer includes a copy of the invoice in the return package.
Return Shipping Costs : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Product Review : Any refund or exchange will be confirmed after a detailed inspection of the returned item to avoid any abuse.

4. Packaging & Safety
Each order is sent in a secure gift box , designed to protect the accessory from damage during transport.
Order tracking : Once shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer. From this point on, the customer is responsible for tracking and any customs procedures.
5. Shipping to France
Destinations : Shipping only to mainland France .
Carriers : Colissimo or UPS with tracking.
Estimated delivery time : 2 to 5 working days (according to La Poste and Mondial Relay).
Delivery delays : Anthémis cannot be held responsible for transport delays.
6. International Shipping
Destinations : Shipping outside mainland France with specific rates depending on the customer's address. Delivery costs can be viewed before payment.
Carriers : Colissimo or UPS
Estimated delivery times :
Europe : 4 to 7 working days
USA, DOM-TOM & other countries : 4 to 10 working days
Customs duties and taxes :
Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer .
Anthémis does not mark packages as "gifts" or reduced value to avoid these fees.
Customs delays :
Anthémis cannot be held responsible for delays related to customs formalities . We recommend ordering 2 to 3 months in advance to avoid any unforeseen events.
7. Delivery Problems
Lost or undelivered packages : Anthémis is not responsible for packages lost after shipment.
Absence or incorrect address : If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or absence , the customer will have to pay the reshipping costs.
Damaged package? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the product , as well as your invoice .
Parcel insurance : By default, our shipments do not include insurance . Contact us if you wish to add transport insurance .
Production & Express Orders
Production Time : All parts are made to order , with a lead time of 2-6 weeks before shipping.
Urgent orders :
Contact us before ordering to check the possibility of expedited delivery .
We recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance for any special occasion.
