What is Anthémis?

Anthémis is a French bridal & occasional hair accessories & jewellery brand that combines unique design and hand-craftsmanship. Anthémis was created by Busra OZCAN in Paris in 2021.

Are Anthémis pieces handmade?

Our products are all handmade and carefully crafted, using the highest quality materials to ensure they can be treasured as heirlooms for years to come.

Are all Anthémis pieces are same?

At Anthémis, everything is designed and handmade upon order, ensuring that there will be no other product exactly like yours. The creative process and the use of materials may lead to slight differences, which can be seen as unique features of your product. This makes each piece one-of-a-kind—an art in itself!

Can I try before purchasing?

Of course! You are welcome to visit our studio in the 16th Arrondissement in Paris from Monday to Saturday between 10h and 18h30. Appointments can be scheduled by filling out the form on the Contacts page.

I do not know what to choose. Can you advice me?

Don’t worry! We are here to help you through the process of finding the perfect accessory. We offer both online and in-person consultations at our Paris studio by appointment. During the consultation, we will evaluate your needs, outfit, hair type, concept, etc., to find the most suitable accessory for you. In addition, we also offer a bespoke service where we design and personalize an accessory specifically for you. You can fill out the bespoke form here to get started.

What is a "Bespoke" piece?

Our bespoke service allows customers to design and create the perfect product for their special day. We work closely with you to discuss every detail, create a mood board, and produce sketches for the pre-production stage. We offer a range of design options and will provide a quotation based on your selection. To start the bespoke process, you can fill out our bespoke form.

What is a "special request" for our collection pieces?

At Anthémis, we create each piece specifically for the customer, so we do not have a large stock of pre-made products. If you are interested in making minor changes to a hairpiece, please contact us via email before purchasing to discuss the possibilities. Please note that not all changes may be possible.

There are several potential modifications that may be feasible for a hairpiece, including changing the wire and petal color, adjusting the density of ornaments or petals, altering the structure (e.g., making it higher or lower), adding or removing crystals or ornaments, and adding or removing a comb, pin, or headband.

How long will my order take?

The production process for our handmade Anthémis pieces typically takes 2 to 6 weeks.

For orders within France, we ship using La Poste (Colissimo), and delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days.

For international orders, the shipping method and delivery time will depend on the destination address. We ship using Colissimo or UPS. Different delivery options are available on the checkout page during the final step of the ordering process.

As a general estimate, delivery to the USA, DOM-TOM, and other countries may take 4 to 10 days, while delivery to Europe may take 4 to 7 days.

To ensure that you receive your order in time for your special day, we recommend placing your order at least 2 months in advance. This will allow ample time for production and shipping.

How to care and preserve Anthémis pieces?

Care instructions are included with each piece, but it’s important to remember that all products are packaged in a special pouch and gift box to protect them from damage during shipping or storage.

Handmade resin petals are sensitive to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause color distortion and deformation. To safeguard them, it is recommended to store your accessories in their case at all times.

Keep your accessories away from any heat sources such as fireplaces, radiators, stoves, halogen lamps, etc.

If your accessory appears slightly flattened, you can easily restore its volume by gently lifting the petals with your finger. Rest assured, all branches are flexible, and you can adjust their direction as desired.

Avoid spraying hairspray directly on the accessory, as this could potentially damage the material.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments through PayPal, credit cards, and bank transfers. Additional information about bank transfers (IBAN details) will be provided after the 'checkout process' via email.

Return or refunds?

Please note that we do not accept returns, as all of our products are made upon order specifically for the customer.

Before shipping your order, we will contact you for final approval. Once approved, we will dispatch the package.

If you receive a damaged product or experience any problems with the shipment, please contact us via the contact form or email to find a solution.

Will I be charged customs and taxes? (International orders)

Anthémis is not responsible for parcels once they have reached their international post office. Any special needs regarding VAT, tariff, etc., must be addressed prior to shipment. Any fees accrued are not associated with Anthémis.
