Where are your accessories made?

All our accessories are handmade in Paris in our studio. Each piece is carefully crafted using quality materials, such as pearls, ceramic, crystal and gold-plated metal.

Do you offer custom accessories?

Yes! We offer a customization service to create a unique accessory that perfectly matches your dress, style and event. Contact us for a personalized consultation.

Yes, we offer the Anthemis E-Gift Card , ideal for offering a personalized gift . It is valid for 2 years and can be used in the studio, on our website and via our VIP Service .

What are your manufacturing and delivery times?

Creations in stock : dispatch within 3 to 5 working days

Production – Each Anthémis piece is handcrafted with care. Production time varies between 2 to 6 weeks depending on the complexity of the accessory.

Delivery in France – We ship via La Poste (Colissimo) or UPS with an estimated delivery time between 2 and 4 working days .

📅 Plan your order in advance! – To receive your accessory in time for your event, we recommend ordering at least 2 months in advance . This allows for time for manufacturing and shipping.

How do I maintain my accessories?

To preserve your accessory:

  • Avoid contact with water and perfume
  • Store it in its original case
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
How to make an appointment at the studio?

We welcome our clients by appointment from Tuesday to Saturday . Make an appointment via our online form or contact us directly.

How to maintain and preserve Anthémis parts?

Each piece comes with care instructions, but here are some essential tips to keep your accessories looking their best:

Protective Packaging – Each product is carefully packaged in a pouch and gift box to protect it during transportation and storage.

🌞 Avoid Prolonged Sun ExposureResin petals are delicate and may warp or change color under strong sunlight exposure. Always keep your accessories in their case.

🔥 Keep them away from heat sources – Do not place your accessories near heat sources such as fireplaces, radiators, hobs or halogen lamps.

🌿 Easy to Reshape - If your accessory seems slightly flattened, gently lift the petals with your finger. The branches are flexible , you can adjust their position as you wish.

💨 Beware of Styling ProductsDo not spray hairspray directly onto the accessory, this could damage the materials.

Can I try before I buy?

Of course! You can visit our studio in the 16th arrondissement of Paris from Tuesday to Saturday between 11am and 6:30pm by appointment

How to proceed for urgent orders?

You can upgrade your shipping by adding "Timeline Upgrade / Rush Order" to your purchase or feel free to contact us by email at studio@anthemisparis.com before making a purchase to discuss the available options.

Do you offer a wholesale service?

Yes! Please send an email to studio@anthemisparis.com. You can also fill out the form on the resellers page!

Return or refund?

Please note that we do not accept returns, as all our products are made to order, specifically for the customer.

Before shipping your order, we will contact you for final approval. If you receive a damaged product or have any problems during shipping, please contact us via the contact form or email to find a solution.

Will customs duties and taxes be charged (international orders)?

Anthémis is not responsible for packages once they have reached their international post office. Any special requests regarding VAT, rates, etc. must be addressed prior to shipping. Any possible charges are not related to Anthémis.
